I'm all about creating something beautiful for your special moments! To make sure everything runs smoothly for both of us, here's what you need to know as we get started.
PAYMENT

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any design work begins.

The remaining balance is due before final files are sent or printing begins.

Payments are made through sent, secure invoices.
TIMELINES

Estimated turnaround times will be provided when your project begins. Timelines depend on complexity of design, edits, etc. Standard turnaround time is 3 days per design. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

Delays in communication or late payments will delay your delivery date.

Rush designs may be possible for an additional fee - just ask!
APPROVALS & FINAL FILES

For your review and approval, you'll receive a low-resolution digital image of the design to the email you provide.

Please carefully review all spelling, dates, layouts and details before approving the design.

Once you approve of the final design, the outstanding balance will be invoiced and full payment will be due. Additional changes will incur additional costs.

After full payment is received, digital files will be sent as high-quality PNG or PDF files, unless otherwise agreed upon. Physical printing will be completed. Any add-ons will be added. Products will be shipped to the address you provide.
PRINTING (if applicable)

Physical printing will not begin until final payment is received.

Please review all spelling, dates, and details carefully before approving.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is forfeit and you are responsible for any work up until that point.
DESIGNS

All designs are created by and remain property of Baking Up Invites until final payment is received.

Once paid in full, you may use the files for personal use only.

Designs may not be resold, altered, or used for other purposes without written permission.

No copyrighted/trademarked designs (e.g., Disney, Marvel, brand logos, etc.).

No recreation of licensed characters or artwork.
-
No inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory content will be tolerated.
COMMUNICATION

All project communication will be through email at hello@bakingupinvites.com or through the website's chat feature to keep everything organized.
